5. No Refund in Case of Disciplinary Action

  • If a student is suspended or terminated due to violation of the Code of Conduct or any Academy rules, no refund will be issued.

6. Program Changes or Rescheduling

  • The Academy reserves the right to reschedule sessions, change coaches, or modify program structure.
  • Such changes shall not entitle the user to any refund.

7. Exceptional Circumstances

  • In rare and exceptional cases, the Academy may, at its sole discretion, offer adjustments such as rescheduling or credit for future programs.
  • Such decisions are final and do not constitute a standard refund policy.

By making a payment and enrolling in any program at Meera Sports Hub, you acknowledge and agree that:
